The Allen family has been leaders in the solar industry since the birth of Thermo Dynamics Ltd. in 1981.

Founded by engineering professor Dr. Peter Allen with his brother Jim Allen (founder and former owner of Doctor Solar), Dr. Allen's sons Tomi Allen (founder of Alto Solar) and David Allen (founder of Quality Solar) have been working alongside their father since they learned to walk, and subsequently, to build solar panels and more.

The Allen's continue to work together on all types of solar projects, from 100 Watts to over 100 Kilowatts.
